- A lump or swelling in the neck, hoarseness, or trouble swallowing (thyroid tumor boxed warning)
- Severe, persistent abdominal pain (possible pancreatitis) โ seek care immediately
- Signs of severe allergic reaction (swelling, trouble breathing)
